I think Twilight killed the concept of vampires for me for good. I wanted to watch The Vampire Diaries but it resembled too much like Twilight, even though it came out first >.>

im pretty sure let the right one in actually came out before twilight, but it was in swedish lol, then they made a movie with the girl from kick ass and it was re-issued in english
