Just think how much shorter this list would be if we only posted the cast members not returning to Gilmore Girls for the Netflix re-boot. As is it stands, more than 30 characters are returning to Stars Hollow, which makes you wonder who Madeline and Louise pissed off, and how hard it could possibly be just to get Melissa McCarthy’s people on the phone. And, as our TV Editor Erik Adams questioned, how is GG scribe and creator Amy Sherman-Palladino possibly going to fit all of these characters into four 90-minute segments? If we’re lucky, Finn and Colin will be nothing more than glorified cameos. Nevertheless, our task to list every cast member has been set, so here’s our latest update, inspired by the most recent return we’re psyched for: Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach as Gil! Hep Alien forever!
