It's on the चोटी, शीर्ष of Fanpop's घर page. If it doesn't appear for you, this means that आप haven't been a फैन्पॉप member for long enough, and आप have to wait a few months before you're allowed to make any new क्लब्स (this is supposed to stop people from making irrelevant या duplicate clubs, but it doesn't work).
