I need a program to संपादन करे & color my own आइकनों but don't know any! Can someone give me some good programs?

I usually use photoshop, but Gimp is a free alternative if you`re और about hue/saturation changes. Otherwise आप can type in गूगल 'photo editor online' and there will be plenty of sites to choose from. :)
