Was Sibyl pregnant when Dorian left her?

I think that her brother mentioned it before he tried to strangle Dorian.

Didn't दिखाना her finding out she was pregnant, unless there was a deleted scene on it, that they didn't put on the DVD extra's. But, I think it's obvious, that's why she was so desperate for him not to leave her, and marry her. I really wonder if it would have been different if she had told him. I think she came close to telling him,but for whatever reason couldn't bring herself too.
