So I watched The Little Mermaid today, and Ariel just really bugged me. Why didn't she listen to her dad? He obviously knows what is best for her! I understand that she was a little rebelious like most teens are, but the recital was obviously very important to her father. I would do anything to help my dad, and the fact that she doesn't even remember proves that she doesn't care for him at all! I just finished re-watching all 11 DP movies. Just finished ब्रेव and I don't flat out dislike Merida anymore. I don't ever want to watch the movie again for a long time and she's still my least favorite, but she's grown. My problem with Merida is that in the first half of the movie, she's an girl power stereotype, SUPPOSED badass, "anti-Disney Princess" walking cliche of both Princess and Teen Girl फिल्में in general. I saw The Great माउस Detective for the first time in years today. I thought I might find it boring because I wasn't really into it when I saw it once in elementary school (and saw only one या two scenes online before) but it's really good. I see why it's लोकप्रिय with people online. It sucks that it's one of those डिज़्नी फिल्में that will never be marketed या get toys. Today I saw Dinosaur and wow the movie is so fantastic, but WAY too underrated, the संगीत is perfection, the villain is amazing, the rest of the characters are also great, the scenery is so beautiful and the story is great. Also guess who voices the villain? Samuel E Wright (the voice of Sebastian from TLM), I actually thought he did a better job here, Hayden Panettiere is also in this movie, she does the voice of Suri.
