The lizard footman cgi was very scary, so I will go with Beauty and the Beast, but I did love Cinderella's dress transformation. <3

Forever Beauty and the Beast.

It was hard to decide between this or Beauty and the Beast but then I remembered how weird looking Madame Garderobe looked in her wardrobe form. They really should've just did what they did with Mrs. Potts and Chip and had her face be the pattern on the wardrobe. Other than that, the rest of the effects are great, though I do wish that the Beast was done with makeup instead of CGI, even if it is good CGI. But Cinderella looks fantastic and none of the special effects look bad. The Jafar genie looked AWFUL, but otherwise, Aladdin had good CGI for the most part. Maleficent had some good CGI, apart from the fairy-tale creatures from the fairy realm, which look really fake.
