I've been thinking...

well, thinking that its a bad story is YOUR opinion. not fact. so please dont make it like it is. and what do आप mean in the hands of a good d author? twilight was Stephenie Meyer's idea. no one els's. otherwise it wouldn't BE twilight. and rewriting it saying that YOU'LL make it better like your some accomplished लेखक makes it seem like your really full of yourself. so i would say no. im sorry if i haven't been polite but its just i got really ticked off seeing this question.

Well, I'd प्यार to see a story!
Even though I'm a प्रशंसक of Twilight, I don't think that SM is the best writer, now that I look back on Twilight, it kind of...sucks. (No offense, Twilight_Dream, I know आप प्यार Twilight!) I think that it'd be cool to read a re-write of it. I don't think that it would be too bad, because there are a large numbers of सिंडरेला re-writes and nothing bad's happened. I'm all for it!
Of course, you'd have to write that आप don't own Twilight if आप put it up online, and I'm guessing that आप would have to tweak some of the names and some aspects of the plot if आप ever प्रकाशित करे it, but I'd प्यार to read a story! I hope आप write it, and please, tell me when आप do! I'd enjoy पढ़ना it. =)

Personally, I think it's a brilliant idea. I've been toying with the idea myself.
I don't really have any specific ideas yet, as I'm pretty occupied with other projects, but I would प्यार to read your version.

It's very true and very tragic...Twilight had a LOT of potential, but it was squelched and turned into a teeny-bopper drool fest. In the right hands, it could've turned out to be a genuinely great series.

If आप want to rewrite Twilight "LadyCat style", then द्वारा all means, go ahead. As long as आप don't try to प्रकाशित करे या sell it, I don't think you'll run into any trouble. And I think it could be a fun and interesting way for आप to exercise your लेखन skills. However, I think it only fair to warn that link has already been done. So make sure your version stands out from the others people have done.

And hey, if आप get creative enough with the plot and the characters, maybe आप could change their names and प्रकाशित करे it as an original work someday! ^__^

Hmm. I'm actually very interested in पढ़ना your version. I know Stephenie Meyer has some *cough*many*cough* grammatical errors in the books, however, maybe it was because of her lack of लेखन experience? We can't really be sure. I've heard The Host is pretty well written. लोल sorry. I'm getting off topic :)

As आप know, I'm a huge Twilight fan, and I'm very curious as to how आप will write your Twilight story. Will आप be changing the main storyline? And will आप add और time and developement to characters आप feel had been cheated? And will आप be लेखन New Moon and the other पुस्तकें if your story does well? Mainly, I really want Breaking Dawn to be REDONE! लोल I've found some rewrites, but not the way I wanted it haha

I प्यार Twilight because it is personal. Dearheart had कहा above that making your character a blank is not something आप want as an author... however, I प्यार that. There are alot of stories that have characters who are relatable and have relatable traits, but being able to become the character and how the story is told through the vessel (Bella), it further engulfs आप and encaptures you. It's one thing to be captured and completely wrapped up in a book, but it's a whole different feeling when आप feel like आप are the character and आप are in the story... My apologies if I sounded really corny there. लोल

And, I will be honest. Some of the points that आप had कहा in your introduction irked me a little, just because I think Twilight has a good storyline and plot, but I KNOW that it wasn't your intentions :) Anyways, yes! I'm interested in पढ़ना what आप would have liked Twilight to be :) Hopefully आप don't get chopped for this question. I already see some opposing and defensive answers. But I प्यार आप and आप have my support :)

Yes! आप should definitely do it. I know that if a capable लेखक rewrote Twilight, it would be excellent. :)

It is a great idea! I used to like the book and if it wasn't for this spot and the twi-hards I probably still would. If it was written द्वारा someone who knows what they're doing I think it would solve my issues with it :)

I think that's an amazing idea! I would so read it if someone else redid it! I'd प्यार a good vampire प्यार story (not a bad Meyerpire lust story)! आप should make Bella have so much और depth and personality...I'm actually thinking about this now...I'm tempted to do the same (but I probably won't).

आप rewriting it reminds me of something that happened today.

In english my teacher कहा "I have to read Twilight for my descriptive लेखन class. (yes teachers go to school to learn how to teach)The first few pages were descriptive. If it was written with less pages द्वारा a better लेखक i think i would enjoy it more"

basically every twilight प्रशंसक was really annoyed. Not many students in my class like him now but others adore and respect him.

The thought of आप rewriting it brought that up in my mind.

@Twilight_Dream: आप were incredibly rude to Lady Lilith; she पोस्टेड a perfectly good question, and आप just accused her of being up herself, which she was not. She was merely stating her opinion on Twilight, and how she would like to recreate it.

In my own opinion, I think it is a brilliant idea! It would be interesting to read Twilight in a well-written form with developed characters - seeing as Meyer failed to do so.

It could work, just try to do it better than the origonal. Not that it could be worse :P lol

OMG when are आप going to write it? it sounds fantastic. I was considering re-writing it for my enjoyment. I would like to see Bella with some convincing flaws and Edward with some flaws, any flaws!

I think it wouldn't be that difficult to re-write the bad book series, maybe do a alternate version where it is scientifically correct so Renesmee cant possibly exist, that would be cool.

And for all people who think S.Meyer is a great writer, please reconsider because personally, I think she should recieve some critism and not be so uptight about it.
