This song made me think of many things in my life! I related to this and still do so very much! When I first heard this song it made me think of me and my real mom and my older sister shelby! When I was little, at least untill the age of ten maybe, thats when my dad and step mom stopped letting me see and visit my real mom! Now don't get me wrong, it was always a hastle to my dad and step mom to let me visit and actually spend time with the women who brought me into this world, but I never expected them to just stop! So I went on 14 years without seeing or having any contact with my family! So at first this song made me think of me and my mom! Even though she was not really dead she was kind of like dead in my life! Now I relate to the song between me and my dad! Ever since he sent m here to live with my real mom he refuses to have any contact with me at all! But I will forever love this song haha!
