Was Booth and Agent Gibbs (NCIS) related? They both had the same person (Actor) playing their father and grandfather

That would make Booth Gibb's son because Gibbs dad only had one kid. Also this wouldn't make sense because Booth's father was an alcoholic child abuser and Gibb's would die before he hit a child. Also, Gibbs only had one child a daughter named Kelly. Lastly, the age difference is a major concern and biologically and mathematically improbable.
