Basically, PSD is a coloring. There are many amazing PSDs out there, which is great for people like me who are not good at coloring their stuff.

Now that आप have Photoshop, we can get started.
First आप need to click File--->New---> width 800, height 100 pixels. Then आप click Ok and आप have a background.

Now आप click File--->Open and आप select a चित्र आप want to open. Then आप crop and resize it. I usually choose 110 या 120 height. Now right click on little window and हटाइए to new window. Now your image is in new window and आप need to drag it to your banner. Then आप use a little ऐरो from the panel on the left and हटाइए your image where आप want it.
