How can i get my younger brother into Fruits Basket Anime?

My younger brother claims he watch some Episodes of Fruits Basket and he did not like how slow paced it was. And how some of the characters have pointy chins. And when i tried to watch my Fruits Basket DVD at night he kept yawning and sawing boring and he didn't even watch it with me. I tried दिखा रहा है him some clips and he didn't wanna get into looking at them. He kept looking away. What should i do? Me and my younger brother 90% of the time like the same Anime. Not always the same characters though. Without forcing and being annoying, how can i get my younger brother into Fruits Basket? He claims he don't wanna try to understand the storyline of a slow paced boring show. With a soft and slow opening/intro that he does not like. He claimed he liked a some of the Fruits Basket मांगा that he read. But he don't wanna no time soon read anymore than 2 chapters. So please let me know how i can get my younger brother into this Anime? या should i just accept that me and him are not always the same interest as each other? I am confused and annoyed. And i really dunno what to do anymore about this. Please help me. Me and my younger brother got into an argument over this. And i don't want us to be enemies over a दिखाना that means nothing to real life friendship/family.
