How old were आप when आप got into anime?

I was 11.

About 12 I think.

I had watched ऐनीमे much earlier on, but before 12 I didn't know what ऐनीमे was, it was just pokemon and yugioh on tv hahaha

we just moved to a far away land and it was the 1st time i've ever seen smth like that. since till then the only animations i remember watching were "soviet-toons" (which are pretty subtle in their deep meaning) it was like being struck द्वारा Beethoven; they ripped out my feels and turned them inside out for the world to see.
been hooked ever since.

9 years old! Sailor moon was the first ऐनीमे i ever watched.

I used to watch ऐनीमे all the time, but didn't know what it really was when I was was like 6-7. I finally got into ऐनीमे when I was 12 .

I don't regret it.

I first developed a liking to it when I was four. I remember loving "Pokemon" as well as the movie "Spirited Away".
A few years after that, I kind of grew away from it, though...
Although, once I was nine, I started watching "Inuyasha" and पढ़ना मांगा as well, and now I've been a self-proclaimed fanatic ever since.

I was 9, my first ऐनीमे was pokemon ^.^

5. With Naruto.

Not exactly sure when. I do know that I was 11 when I first found out exactly what ऐनीमे was, though. I like to consider all ऐनीमे from that point on as "My first anime" even though my first was technically Pokemon when I was like, 6.

I started to get into ऐनीमे knowing what it actually was when I was ... 10 I think.
Before that, I have only ever watched नारूटो on TV thinking it was a cartoon. XP *hides from raging*

In my case, me and my brother, when we were around 9-10, we used to watch Inazuma Eleven on TV and didn't know it was an ऐनीमे या it was Japanese. They would always end the series after episode 52 on TV and not air the following eps (around 100 in total). We got irritated and started watching it on Youtube... We realized it was actually Japanese. I searched it on Wikipedia and came across the term 'anime' and started taking interest in it. I realized that most of the kid's stuff I had been watching was anime. I did all kinds of possible researches XD ... But soon, लॉस्ट all interest... Then after a few days we had just bought a new TV and STB, my brother told me about a new channel 'Animax'... I started watching ऐनीमे on it and then streaming on the net and downloading and stuff... Back then, I was like 12-13... :D

Aftertmath - Rightnow, I have watched around 100 anime, या maybe more... And my brother, who has no interest in the term itself, unlike me only picks up extremely long main-stream shounen anime... Like Dragon ball Z, which he had liked ever since he was a kid.. and नारूटो (which I kind of like too).. and One Piece, Bleach, etc... The only long mainstream ऐनीमे I've took interest in is Fairytail, which is still not as long as the ones mentioned above...

P.S. - I know that much wasn't asked for... I just got a bit carried away... :P

I was ten years old when I actually got into it. Been a प्रशंसक for many years. My first ऐनीमे was DBZ and was also the first ऐनीमे I ever completed. DBZ holds a very very special place in my heart. <3

I was 4 years old and my first ऐनीमे I watched was Dragon Ball and when I was 6 I got into ऐनीमे even और when I watched Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away and Yu-Gi-Oh!

around 5 but didnt really understand till 10.

I was 13 and at the start of my first साल of high school (I live in Australia and we start high school in साल 7) I started पढ़ना the Fruits Basket manga, which led me to watching the anime
