The story follows Ikki and his फ्रेंड्स and the use of Air Treks, an in-universe invention derived from inline skates. Initial sections of the plot carries out the introduction of characters that eventually शामिल होइए Ikki. As the story progresses, it focuses on their roles as Storm Riders and their quest to be on the चोटी, शीर्ष of the Trophaeum Tower.
It may be a stretch to call it a sports anime, but Angelic Layer has all the trappings of one. Students compete in a fighting tournament with "dolls" that they created and are able to control with their minds. Its a nice दिखाना with action where nobody really gets hurt.
