Do yo think that Anime's racist?

I kinda do. I know that some people say that there isn't that many balckpeople in जापान या that there isn't that many half-black and half japanese people and i think that it's bull***t really? i mean some stars of ऐनीमे like sailor a girl who has blonde hair and blue eyes. now if आप saw these types of fatures,that would most likey be on a person of english and european decent. I mean it is so unfair and I just think that ऐनीमे should be any variety reguardless of race,because most of the settings aren't even in Japan!

For example, the ऐनीमे Black Butler takes place in Victorian era England, so the people in that ऐनीमे would probably all be of European descent.
And the ऐनीमे Soul Eater takes place in Nevada, United States, so there are a variety of characteristics in that anime.
