Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that ऐनीमे या मांगा is only मांगा या ऐनीमे IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of मांगा artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
आप could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

आप can make the english version then the japanese version but आप cannot make an ऐनीमे without the japanese version because ऐनीमे is a japanese एनीमेशन so is मांगा (and आप dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn और languages that is good so if आप would like to make an ऐनीमे या मांगा translate it on गूगल translate या any translation website)
