आप can actually draw similar to like in CL, but it's usually done with careful precision in the art of pastel blending

If it's cartoony looking, then yes, it's एनीमेशन (which people think is only Japanese like Family Guy and Simpsons don't exist)

ऐनीमे and एनीमेशन aren't necesarily the same thing. animeshon या animesun (i forget which one) is the Japanese word for animation. "Anime" origins from जापान (i believe) . Simpsons is just a cartoon, while shows drawn manga-style like Pokemon are considered anime. ऐनीमे is a Japanese cartoon. I didn't think Code Lyoko was Japanese but i guess i'm wrong.....???
