I just can't imagine myself raising Children. The idea..It make me feel really anxious and uncomfortable.
BUT FOR YOUR QUESTION'S SAKE, I'd say Itachi. Out of the whole Akatsuki, he seems to be the only one who could be a decent Father and Husband..In my eyes, at least.

I would choose Pein. Although i am a total Hidan fangirl, Pein-sama would make a much better father. He has a great sense of responsibility from running the whole damn organization and he seems like he would be a compassionate father.
