The sun began to set as i sat on Ember Islands's soft, sandy beach. The sun looked as if it were slowly falling in the ocean and while it was doing that i was slowly falling into confusion.
i was so confused. i didnt know what was going on. The war wasnt over, we were stuck on Ember Island and...i didnt know who i loved. i was clueless. Everytime i thought of प्यार i drifted into mindless fantasies. i was so confused.

रात का खाना time came around. As i walked through the large doorway of Zuko's family's समुद्र तट House i was greeted द्वारा a joyful and happy Aang. "Hey, Katara," he कहा happily. "Hi, Aang," i tried to say enthusiasticly. He took my hand and started running for the 'dining' room. "Come sit अगला to me!" i smiled. "Alright!" i कहा happily. i needed to sit अगला to a chatty person during dinner. He was going to take my mind off of love. Ugh, here i go again.
Once the gang and i (Aang, Sokka, Suki, Toph, Zuko, and me) were all seated we dug in to our bowls of सूप and rice. Oh course Sokka was eating like a pig and Suki was laughing. i dont know how she could enjoy that! Aang sat अगला to me and so did Zuko. i was smushed between two group members who loved me. Well, i think Zuko just likes me, not loves me. This is the seating chart: on the left side of the तालिका, टेबल its Aang at the far end, me in the middle and Zuko at the front end and on the right side there's Sokka at the far end, Suki in the middle and Toph at the front end.
"So, Katara, what were आप doing on the beach?" asked Aang. "Thinking," i said. "About what?" he asked. i hezitated. "Umm...i was...thinking about-uh...waterbending and firebending!" Aang smiled. "Cool!" Stupid! i thought in my head. At the corner of my eye i could see Zuko looking at me confused. Its now official. The thing that i कहा to Aang was stupid!
i mean, Zuko and i are the only waterbender and firebenders here (besides Aang)! He's gonna think i was thinking about us!
After रात का खाना we all went to the sitting room to talk. Suki sat अगला to me on the two-seater bench i was sitting on. She eyed me and smiled. She saw me looking at Zuko. i dont why i was. i just...was. "Sooooooo, आप were thinking about आग and water out there?" Suki whispered to me. i rolled my eyes. "That was just a cover-up. i was thinking about प्यार but i didnt want anyone to know, so i told a little lie." Suki's eyes widened. "Love?! Even better! Spill, Katara!" i shook my head. "Later. i'm going down to the beach."
As i walked to the door i could see Zuko watching me leave. i smiled.

The sky was dark and it was full of shining stars. The stars reminded me of everytime i thought of love. i had mixed feelings about love. i 'love' it and i hat it and i am also confused when it comes to me. i just dont know what to think anymore.
i looked into the water that moved just inches in front of me. My shadow was casted onto the the water from the lights that were on inside the समुद्र तट House. Then i saw a new shadow right beside me.
