It won't happen as soon as अगला week i don't think. But possibly द्वारा the end of the season. Tony and Ziva have made great progress this season and it would be so unrealistic if they just jumped into a relationship after all that has happened. I have faith in the writers that they are going to do it tastefully and to all the viewers pleasure!
And after all they are SOULMATES!!
