How do I like या reply to a टिप्पणी दे now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the टिप्पणियाँ have no buttons to like them या reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like या reply to but there seems to be no way now.

I actually have no clue and it makes me so mad. I just usually put @ and the person's यूज़रनाम as I do when I'm responding to someone on here.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to टिप्पणी दे on वीडियो because आप can't reply to legacy टिप्पणियाँ and आप also can't up vote या down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
