Wally snuggled Artemis as he lay beside her in bed, though Wally was asleep Artemis lay staring at her side at the wall. Whenever she closed her eyes she saw the white rabbit in her dreams, tell ing her something, something like needing to come back to wonderland, the sad part is she never will considering she is dead. Artemis started to sniffle a bit trying to hide back tears, she really did want to go back but whenever she tried she never did, Artemis let out a sigh finally she was never going to get any sleep at this rate if she kept thinking about it but she couldnt help it. " Artemis... आप okay?" Wally whispered in her ear hearing her sniffleing, " mhm." she कहा quietly, " I-I just cant sleep..." she said. " Do आप want to talk about?" he कहा sitting up crossed legged on the बिस्तर with no shirt. " well i dont kn-" she कहा before being interuppted, " Its not good holding up feelings inside.... I care about आप i dont want anything happening to आप या hurting you.." he कहा before Artemis got up and finally faced him crossed legged aswell, She sighed slightly and कहा " I-I wish I could tell आप Wally its just... im afraid आप wont trust me anymore and not प्यार me...and they.. they might even kick me off the team". Wally stared at her and finally said, " आप know i could never not प्यार you..., I प्यार आप so much and your the only girl ive actually had these feelings for before anyone else", Artemis sighed and began to tell her back story, letting out all of her feelings to the one boy she truly cared for but never thought she'd find.

The two teenagers packed their bags and checked out of the hotel before heading out into the damp, gloomy morning.

Artemis could tell Wally was determined, he hadn't eaten yet. The two marched down to the train station where they caught a train heading toward Venice.

Artemis's communicator buzzed. What was बैटमैन calling this early in the morning for? She picked it up and, making sure Wally was asleep, slipped out onto the roof.

"Yes?" she asked.

Artemis must have fallen asleep at some point before the movie ended, because just as the sky was growing dark Wally suddenly felt a weight on his arm.
