History: Irra's parents died before she was a साल old. She was taken in द्वारा an orphanage. द्वारा the time she was four, Irra had escaped her foster care घर and stayed in the streets. She caught a gang of boys unaware with a flash of her light when they were pulling a robbery. Irra was unaware of her powers till that moment. The gang took her along with them of her own free will. She earned her place in the gang and they treated her with respect. One night, while on lookout for a heist, Irra was caught hacking into the buildings security files. She was taken and put in a holding cell till they could contact someone to get her. She pleaded not to be sent to a foster home, but it was no use. Irra ended up in Devin Addams' caring hands. She now serves as Devin's apprentice.
Notes: Irra prefers her life in the streets to anywhere else. She often fights with Devin and the others for what she wants. The only one Irra seems to care for is Lexi. Irra often spends her free time alone, finding loopholes to her house life. She is a go-getter and very determined. While she comes off rude and icy, Irra has feelings that need gentle care. She loves Lexi as if she were her own sister and protects the little girl with a fierce fire. But Irra's spirit is wandering and she yearns for her freedom. She is slowly learning to प्यार the other members of her foster care home. Because she was raised in a gang of boys, she often dresses like one.

As of 2.05 "Bloodlines" Cissie is 14. Bart is 14.
When asked about Cissie, Greg at first stated Cissie's ten सेकंड cameo was merely a "taste"
Bart and Cissie had a romantic relationship in the comics.
Cissie King-Jones did appear in "Insecurity". (She was the blonde girl fascinated with Arty saving her dad.
Greg refuses to कन्फर्म या deny the archer in the poster is male या female. Though it is most likely male.
GREG WEISSMAN HAS STATED THAT IF दिया ENOUGH EPISODES (Season 3/4) CISSIE KING-JONES WILL RETURN AS ARROWETTE!!!!!!

Summary:
During the क्रिस्मस season, ice and snow blow through Dakota. Static soon realizes it comes from a Bang Baby with cryogenic powers named Permafrost. Permafrost, however, is merely a young homeless, orphaned girl who has mental problems from trauma as a young child, who can not control her powers as they occur when people ignore her as she begs on the streets. Static must somehow convince her to calm down and accept his help.
In two days, Young Justice will be ADDED to the Countdown Episode List. That's right. You'll have an episode of Static and YJ to watch.
BUT IT'LL BE AWESOME!!!!
