Scarlet's POV

I walked into the cave soaking wet after trying to train my regained powers. I grumbled under my breath angrily as I hated getting wet. As I walked into the cave I took off my water-logged, leather boots and my jean जैकेट that was sticking to my skin. I walked into my room grabbing my towel and throwing it over my hair in an attempt to dry it. I grabbed my IPod from my beside तालिका, टेबल and put the headphones in my ears, scrolling through my songs. I sighed as I layed down on my bed, I wasn't exactly thrilled to be here at the moment but what choice did I have. I found a song and set it on repeat before गाना along with the song.

This was my favourite song to listen to when I wasn't in a great mood. Somehow it seemed to suit my life right now and it calmed me down. I knew that people on the team had it way worse then me but lately that was what it was all about, whose life was worse.

I had been wanting to be somebody else, wanting to see what it would be like to live a normal life. I had gotten my chance when my powers disappeared, but my sense of duty had pushed me to get them back and now here I was again.

I closed my eyes, still softly गाना along with the song. I let myself get लॉस्ट in the music, let the संगीत erase my pain and finally let myself relax.

As the song ended I slowly cut off my गाना ending at a somewhat umpleasant note that left me shivering. I opened my eyes, yawned, and pushed my self up in my बिस्तर finally ready to face the team again.
