Need Help In Finding The शीर्षक Of A Yaoi/Shounen Ai मांगा

There was a girl (who is really a boy but her mother wants a baby girl so she made her son wear girl clothes) which is going to be married to a guy who is a known writer, they are arranged द्वारा their mothers and both of them can't argue with their mother. When their mothers left the girl suddenly shows his real attitude being a rough one and not girly at all calling his mother a medusa (don't remember if it was the boy who did it). When the girl visits the boys house to introduce to his family, one of the boy's brother fell in प्यार with her who doesnt know that he is really a boy thus competing with his brother.. srry bad at english pls help!!!
