What's the deal with Multiple Man?

Jamie Madrox aka Multiple Man is one of the few 
mutants whose ability manifested at birth (some say this makes him technically not a mutant but it just depends on the writer). He creates duplicates या dupes of himself when hit with kinetic energy. These dupes can be reabsorbed. He used to wear a suit that would absorb this energy and keep him from duplicating spontaneously but he has enough control over his powers to not need it now. He went and lived on Muir Island when this suit started to malfunction. He met the सेकंड incarnation of X-Factor there (the Havok and Polaris one) and joined their team. After the team broke up I'm pretty sure he became a part of X-Corporation but that group was broken up after M Day. After this he started his own investigation group with money he won on a game दिखाना and named it X-Factor. Originally he wanted to call it XXX In estigations but everyone कहा that sounded like a porno. The group operates out of Mutant Town and is still running with it's members including old X-Factor members and a surprising amount of old X-Force members including Strong Guy, Siryn, Rictor, Wolfsbane, Shatterstar, Layla Miller, Longshot, Darwin, and Monet. Jamie has recently gone through a lot of drama mostly centering around Siryn and Layla but I won't give anything away here. Due to his extreme distaste for Cyclops he is on Wolverine's side in the whole Schism event though I think he would have preferred to stay neutral. I never felt any of the कार्टून या फिल्में did him justice so fingers crossed for his future appearances.
