The boxart doesn't even look promising.
Ugh. This game is drastically horrible that I have no why I'm even reviewing it. Anyway, the game takes place at ACME Looniversity, where Plucky forgets to write his book रिपोर्ट and decides to build a time machine so he can change the past and do his homework. Now that I've got the story explained, I'll just skip to the review.
Gameplay:
