LLCoyote Ok, I'm going to try and tell you the other side of the argument. Not because you're wrong or I don't totally respect your opinion but I don't know if you're looking at it from all sides. It's not a kids show. It's humor is for preteens at least. Besides, you don't HAVE to let your kids watch it. I personally don't see the problem. We have breasts. They are a part of the female body. It's not like they are showing them or making sexual referances. That would be an issue. I'm not sure how you think tying someone up is creepy unless you're making a sexual inferance out of it. They are trying to play off the psychological desire most multi-household children have to go to extremes in order to get their way. It's meant to be funny because we all know it's inapropriate yet, we've all wanted to do it. Jade is mean. I mean, that's just her character. I could tell you WHY people think that's funny but that involves a lot of psycho babble that you probably wouldn't believe. Basically she's just going to be like that. Remember her kicking Tori off of a chair? Stealing Tori's blood? Constantly making fun of her? Seeing as Trina wasn't seriously hurt I'd say this was a very minor example of her personality. Like I said you have every right to your opinion and I DO get why these things offend some people. I just like to show every side of the argument. I feel like that is the best way to make a logical decision instead of getting worked up. Good points though.

Riff-Raff Victorious, iCarly, and some of the new Nickelodeon shows, are directed at a slightly older audience who understand and will laugh at breast jokes. Jade's jokes are again, directed at slightly older audience. Her minimal sadistic behavior, with her sarcastic and sardonic comments, are something that a younger audience wouldn't comprehend. So if you don't want your children watching it get parental block.

giant_mushroom Why is everyone freaking out?????? SueLuvsVJ101 has the right to her opinion, as does yours! Sorry if you feel that I'm intruding, I just feel naturally inclined to speak up for her, especially since I have the same feelings. I try to keep my 7 year old brother from watching Victorious if at all possible, because ever since the Gorilla Club episode...actually, longer than that, I don't think that Victorious is apprpriate for kids.

Clara_Valentina IMO Victorious just have two problems, one called 'Beck' and another called 'Tori'
