And it isn't that I don't think Daniel/Amanda would be cute, but I just think he is meant for someone else, and Marc/Amanda are sooo perfect together, if he had been strait I can see them lasting in the long run...:)

true. amanda and daniel are both in a different league, but i wouldn't want them to get back together. i just think that with betty, unlike amanda- as much as she is changing for the better as a person, as we are seeing in season 3, i think that she (i.e betty) would bring out the best out of daniel, as well as make him change for the better, in ways that mandy cannot. not that it makes her a bad person overall that is.

marc and amanda on the other hand... now that i can see them as a couple- if he was straight that is. they are both similiar to each other in many ways. just like betty and daniel when it comes down to personality. the way they hang out with each other, share jokes, the chemistry that they feed off each other. amanda has problems finding and settling down with the right guy, whilst marc, as demonstrated in 'crush'd' has commitment issues that need resolving.

and it is these issues that they each have, as well as the way they bond with each other that make me think they'd be ideal for one another- if he was straight, and that they both took the time to work out those issues together.
