Can someone please tell me how to get the unofficial sequel to Breaking Dawn?

I've read all kinds of gossip about this book Russet Noon that's supposed to be a sequel to Breaking Dawn but it wasn't written द्वारा Stephenie Meyer. Is it out in stores? Where can I buy it?
