Well, although i प्यार the characters BOTH equally, i have to say that i am glad that they arent फ्रेंड्स and have the rivalry and competition over Bellas love...even though its cleary all the way with Edward...but they do become फ्रेंड्स in Breaking Dawn...it took them a while, but i think after Jacob imprinted on Renesmee, his hatred for Edward deceased.
