I Need Some Help.... *SPOILER*

When do आप guys think Bella became pregnant with Nessie?

I'm doing some research on Breaking Dawn, making sure I have a better understanding since I plan to watch BD 2.

I would like to know when Bella became pregnant या at least, when आप think she became pregnant.
I need text support, as well. Like "proof" to support your theory.

Okay, so, I know that Bella & Edward, to put this delicately "spent time together" in Isle Esme. If I'm not mistaken this happened at least 3 times before she discovered she would have a child.

If आप guys could be so kind as to help me find a logical guess with text support from Breaking Dawn, it would help me so much! Thank you!
