See,Bella married Edward......Now there is no point in asking this सवाल again and again...things are not going to change...She is a vampire now.So,even if she wish to get divorced with Edward and marry Jacob, its not possible.Plus,Jacob imprinted on her daughter....So,now there is no सवाल of Bella marrying Jacob..
