Alright what I was going for with this is simply this: I just finished reading mockingjay, yet again, and I thought 'hey why not do a rp about after the rebelion.' So yeah. There will be no more districts but you still need to take the trains or go by hovercraft to get to the other ruins of the districts as I will most likely call them. Here are the rules:

2. No making people do other actions unless they are your own
3. Please keep it clean. I am ok with swearing but no sexual themes.
