The following quote contains spoilers for “The Return” trilogy, so be aware.

I’ve just emerged from a very intense session of negotiation with the result that, barring my publishers rejecting Midnight, there will be a new arc of three पुस्तकें in The Vampire Diaries series. My choices for titles are Phantom, Evensong and Eternity, but first thing this morning my agent informed me that they are looking to me for suggestions for a name for the entire arc (the last one they called The Return). If anyone has a nice शीर्षक and no use for it, ई मेल me. The पुस्तकें are about Elena and Stefan et. al. starting at Dalcrest College, and finding themselves playing the role of Spirit Hunters (already suggested द्वारा me) या just plain hunting serial murderers who may या may not be mystical. Stefan’s Diaries: New Vampire Diaries book series [NEW!]

All right "Vampire Diaries" fanatics, get ready to add another book to your must-read-list. Most प्रशंसकों of the दिखाना know that it was based off a novel, which told the story from Elena's point of view (it is her diary after all)! But now it looks like another major character is going to get his say.

According to EW, "The Stefan Diaries #1: Origins" will hit bookstands in November and focus on Stefan's relationship with Damon and Katherine. The पुस्तकें (yes, it's a trilogy!) should be especially exciting for प्रशंसकों who प्यार "VD" flashback episodes because they are set during the Civil-War era.
