Where was the last name of Samara's biological mother revealed?

While googling about Samara मॉर्गन from "The Ring", somewhere I read that her mother's full name was Evelyn Osorio. But as far as I can see, her last name wasn't revealed in the movie. She is referred to just as Evelyn. In one scene Rachel even says:"I don't know her last name". Does anyone know, where did that surname "Osorio" come from? It's even mentioned on Wiki and IMDb, but it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the movie anywhere. I watched the unrated edition of the movie and I watched the deleted scenes, but the word "Osorio" doesn't seem to be mentioned या written anywhere. So, where does it come from?

Also, some websites say that Samara's full name is Samara Jennifer Osorio-Morgan, while in the first "The Ring" movie Rachel and Noah find some documents that say "Samara E. Morgan". If that was her real name, where does "Samara Jennifer Osorio-Morgan" come from? And as I asked, where does Evelyn's last name (Osorio) come from? Where was it revealed?
