I wouldn't mine that Kion was Kiara's son instead

I prefer just Kiara actually. Kopa is not canon The Lion King is better with just the 2 films. The Lion Guard is just for youngsters 1-8 which is not the kind of TV film/show for me. I think it ruins the original films by adding another characters like Kion that never showed in Simba's Pride in the first place and having Kiara as a cub when she's the only single cub to Simba and Nala. Also, most of the voices are replaced by new voices. Not good. This new spin-off show is not a good idea. The Lion King is made for all ages, not just for kids, it's for adults,too. The producers should of created a better show like The Lion King: Kiara's adventures. where it's about her and Kovu as cubs. I'm not too keen with The Lion Guard.

I like Kiara the most out of these choices, but she's not anyone's "son"!

Out of the two originally asked about, I'll go with Kion as he was at least designed to exist alongside Kiara (even though the continuity sounds very... off).

I just hope that the lack of continuity doesn't get people writing more sadistic fanfics (or, more specifically, trying to pass off their sadistic fanfics as canon).

Tbh I don't care who is the canon son, I accept Kion as a canon son just as much as Kopa and Kiara. Because I like Kion it's just the whole lion guard thing that pretty much making him look bad and tainted.

Simply because Kion is executed as a Gary Stu character and has that childish magical roar. At least Kopa is a normal cub that fits in The Lion King universe as it was originally intended. With these options between the sons, it doesn't matter to me that Kopa wasn't created by Disney. He's by far the more realistic and fitting character when it comes to the original Lion King universe.

But, I really only favour Kiara. Simba and Nala don't need a son. But this poll question is specifically about the sons, so I don't understand why Kiara is even listed in the options?

Why not all three... they are Simba and Nala's cubs. Still want to see Kopa, as he is the only one that never appeared in the franchise.

Kiara is the best, and besides, she is the only daughter of Simba and Nala. For me, Kopa and Kion never existed.
