When Mufasa died, Sarabi was currently Queen. Why didn't she take charge of the Pride Lands, instead of Scar?

Speaking in terms of Lions in real life. There tends to be only one male per group. They tend to fight when the get older to see who will be the alpha; which is probably the reason Scar was banished in the first place. Then again, this is a डिज़्नी movie so आप can never tell.

I have always wondered this!!!! Maybe their monarchy works like the English monarcy. maybe only blood relatives (or men) of the royal family can be king/queen. If the current king/queen dies, their spouse doesn't take over; the अगला in line does. after simba, the only other living member of the royal family would be scar. sarabi is क्वीन द्वारा marriage; it's not her birthright. if simba died, kiara would most likely take over. Not nala या kovu

In the movie and also in the sequel, it is suggested that it works the same way as it does in England. Being married to royalty doesn't make आप the new king/queen when your partner dies. It goes to the oldest child, and if they have no children it goes to the अगला sibling. This is also suggested in the first movie, as Simba's birth is the reason why Scar cannot become king.

In the सेकंड movie, Simba tells Kiara she will one दिन be queen. When I first saw the movie, while watching Zira train Kovu to kill Simba, I asked my mum "why doesn't she just train him to fall in प्यार with Kiara? That way, when she becomes क्वीन he will be king!" But my mum corrected me and said, "being married to a क्वीन doesn't make आप king, it makes आप a prince. It's the royal child who becomes the ruler."

द्वारा default, a royal king's husband is called a queen. And a royal queen's husband is called a prince. And when the ruler dies, the सिंहासन goes to their first born. And if they have no children, it goes to the अगला oldest sibling.

I think it's because
a:In actual Lion prides in Africa etc, the male lions assume command over the pride
b:Scar was अगला of kin to Mufasa whereas Sarabi was simply made क्वीन द्वारा marrying the actual heir to the throne.

I don't think it's that at all infact I think it's because Sarabi was so दिल broken plus he brought in the Heanyas so he had man power Birth right to scar या not he forced his way to be king let's not froget in a Pride of Lions only the male can be leader not a female

well technically in the 2nd movie she DID take over since the pride she was part of is mostly female that i saw except for her sons but she couldnt take charge of the pridelands in the first movie because they were scared off द्वारा Simba after Scar fell. Then after that at the very end of the first movie Simba took his rightful place on pride rock.

because mufasa dad Ahid had a law that कहा the eldest son got thr trone first than his brother did so sarabi was obeying the law

Mufasa Was Royal not Sarabi. So Scar was the अगला heir.

The reason why sarabi didnt take charge is because there were और hyenas than शेरनी and they were outnumbered
