I'd say the f***ing postman in TP. Your on your way to saving Hyrulle and he keeps on interrupting you. He's also really creepy. In Fado's house, Telma's bar, the abandoned house in Kakariko Village,and most creepy encounter which is the 50th floor of the cave of ordeals 0 O
