Oh my God. Why would the Gamemakers have done this? This is the first time, ever, they are doing this. I cant believe this. They are going to let two tributes, from the same distract win the game. Peeta! The last I seen him was when I cut down the tracker Jackets nest. Rue told me, before she died, that he leafted the Careers. I hope he didn't get hurt. I had to find him.
I thought. It was a couple of nights पूर्व I cut the nest down. He couldn't of survived without water that long. If i couldn't go two days without water, he couldn't ether. Than it was set. I was going to travle to a water supply.
I walked trough the water. I walked for about a mile and whispered "Peeta? Are आप here?" I listened for awhile than कहा "Peeta, please. If your here, please answer."
I waited.
"What's it to you, sweetheart?" I truned
"Peeta, where are your?" I looked all over, than I saw them. Bright blue eyes on a, tree? I walked over to the पेड़ with the eyes and touched it. It was Peeta. He was camouflaged perfectly as a tree.
"How did you-" I started
"Trust me, it wasn't easy." Peeta said
"Well आप certainly did a vary good job." I कहा rubbing my hand over his skin, examining every detail of his camouflage
Peeta laughed quietly "You like it?" He asked
"You did ....... amazing." I कहा amazed. Than I saw his arm. Bloody. "What happened?"
It looked as if Peeta reopened it. A deep cut. It looked infected up close.
"Nothing. I was just Cato. He cut my arm when I was leavening the Careers. We got in a fight, but I got away."
I lead him away from the पेड़ to the water. I told him to sit while I get my water bottle and some of Rues leaves out of my backpack. I chewed the leaves and put them on Peetas cut. I used my water bottle to help wash Peeta off.
"Take off your clothes, I will wash them for you." I said
I picked up the water bottle and pretended to clean the water and refill the bottle, because well, I didn't like seeing people necked. I know what you're thinking, so आप can kill and gut जानवर but आप cant look at anyone necked? I know, but its different. Its like, I don't know how to explain it, I just don't like it. It makes me fell uncomfortable. Peeta through his clothes in the water. I walked over and handed Peeta the bottle. I walked backed over to his clothes and rubbed it with two rocks. When I was done I handed them back to Peeta and pretended to keep watch.
"Why did आप come back to me?" He asked
I truned "Did आप hear the anoucments?"
"Yes, but I still don't know why आप would come back. Its not like आप have a chance at winning this thing with me. Its just gonna be you."
I put everything back into the backpack and sat अगला to Peeta.
"Why would आप say that?" I asked
"I don't know. It just seems right. I mean, your a hunter and I'm a baker. Now if were ever get into a fight with someone, I am sure the baker would die and the hunter would win. Unless I could bake something with a bomb inside of it, than I could have a chance but I don't see any ovens या flower. Do you?"
I laughed as I took the leaves off of his arm. It took away some of the redness but there was a lot of puss. I hate puss. It was so gross. Yea yea, I know. Hunter, animal guts, and I hate puss? Yea I know its weird. But its different. Anyway, I took a peace of cloth out of my bag and wiped the puss away. I knew it wouldn't stay gone for long. I took out a banged and placed it over his cut. Peeta cought my eyes with his. We stared at one another for a minuet and we both leand in. I don't know what would've happened, but just than it started to rain down hard. Peeta grabbed my bag than helped me up.
"Come on. I saw a cave just right up there." Peeta pointed a the vary चोटी, शीर्ष of the rocks. I nodded and we started to walk.
It was vary cold out. In the cave, it wasn't that different. I got out my sleeping bag and got inside of it with Peeta. It was warmer in there with him. I still shivering.
"Katniss, your cold." He rapped his arms around me. I felt safer. Warmth. Happy. I havent felt this way in a long time. Not sense my father. I cruled up अगला to him. Silence
"Peeta?" I asked
"Yea?" He answered

"Every boy wanted you. Plus, I thought आप were Gales. Are you?"
"No. I was never was." I say
I gave Peeta a किस on the lips. That made me realize something, I found him, and I found that I प्यार him. I don't want to be kepted away from him. I needed him. And that person is, Peeta. I didn't want to lose the boy with the bread.
I pulled away.
"You're mine." I कहा a laid my head on his shoulder
"Always." He says as he strokes my hair. And I am asleep.
