People really need to stop caring so much about the fact that she's naturally blonde. Honestly, who cares? She uses hair dye, and that's that. It's far easier and और natural-looking to make a natural blonde look like she/he's got naturally dark hair than to make a naturally dark haired person look like she/he's got naturally blonde hair. And it looks fine. Why do people still care? I feel like that's all people see when they think of her; the blond girl. Even though her hair is dyed. Even though she's a brilliant, Oscar nominated actress. Even though Suzanne Collins herself loves her as Katniss.
She is way too old, older than the boy playing Peeta! She is a brunette and she would be the last person anybody would expect to play Katniss

Isn't it customary for them to cast an older actress into the part? And, honestly, as I was पढ़ना the books, it was very hard for me to imagine Katniss as what we think a 16-year-old should be like... she had to grow up fast, and supports a family at an age when most of us are still flitting around with the idea of school work, sexuality, and the fantastical idea of "the future". She was a very adult character... so I'm totally okay with having an adult actress play the part.
