Well, I liked Charmed.

But if I really had to choose, I would say witches.

Well, two of my favorite shows are "The X-files" and "The twilight zone" and the first one included all of those creatures, while the second had a 90% paranormal subject in its running time. And while I'm obsessed with "Buffy" and I like "Angel", I'm not into vampire shows besides those two.

I love Supernatural a fantasy show which has witches, vampires, werewolves, and more etc.

I don't watch a show just because it has vampires, werewolves or witches. But I love BTVS and Angel. Both have vampires, werewolves and witches.

I only picked this because BtVS is my favorite show and it encompasses all of those. In fact, my two favorite characters are Willow, a witch, and Oz, a werewolf. However, I'm not really a fan of any of the lame ass vamp shows on TV now. Or (aside from Charmed, Angel and Sabrina), any other "vampire/witch/werewolf" shows.
