You can tell he cares for her, after today's episode. When Scott, says he'll join derek's pack. Stiles never leaves erica.

Kinda. I want him with Lydia, mostly because he has loved her forever, so I think it would be nice for him to get what he wants! but him and Erica would be awesome. They can date for a little while.
