In the story, The Wishing Pool a most thrilling tale unfolds about a mysterious legend on a difficult planet where young suiters live in either land or sea. But the conflict arises from the very start as a party of "Shallow Water swimmers" takes a class to learn the tricks and lifestyles of the Deep Water swimmers, a high class group of people who have lived out at sea their whole lives. When a strange lad comes to land and teaches one of these students that life out at sea isn't as "glamorous" as it is made out to be, one student will face the rath of her very legends when the strange boy disappears, and only the Wishing Pool can take her to him.

An unfolding tale yet very pretentious. It starts with a knock on the door and ends with...the end of the world. Joey McHarrison is a young teen with her whole life ahead of her. That is until she hears that the end of the world is near, and in fact has already started.

Michelle was never really popular. Sometimes she thinks there are reasons she lies awake at night, and forgetting her medicine isn't one of them(though it certainly helps). When she wishes to meet her favorite band, and her wish is granted, she learns that some of those reasons may be truer than she thought.
