Melman: Antwan
Gloria: Bunny
Julian: Vector
Morice: Espio
Mort: Charmy
Zuba: Venice
Alex's Mom: Amy
Macoonga; Scourge
Titzee: Knuckles
Motomoto: Big (Don't Ask...)
Skipper: Jet
Kowalski: Rotor
Private: Storm
Rico: Speedy
Vitaly: Shadow
Gia: Blaze
Stefano: Mighty
Dogs: Mephiles, Prisoner cat, lion, wolf, and bear
Circus Owner: Eggman
Chimps: Metal Sonic and Omega
Dubois: Sally
Casino Manager: Tails
Sonya: Marine

I think the roles a nice match to the sonic characters,although my opinion of course
