Well I think it's tights and not her actual skin colour, because it's just her legs. And the red shows go well with नारंगी, ऑरेंज but as I said, with the rest of her डिज़ाइन it just looks....awful. I'm not a professional at clothes and colour combinations but even I know that this डिज़ाइन is not one of SEGA's best human designs.
