Is this actually from Shakugan no shana या did someone just rip off shana's uniform?

I was पढ़ना this लेख about the differences between the ऐनीमे aired on टेलीविज़न and the dvd release and the changes and extra content that goes into it. I scroll down the comparison pictures and I see this girl is wearing Shana'a uniform and I'm wondering if this is legit Shakugan no shana या an amazingly similar uniform in a different anime.

I looked it up on the shana wiki page in the trivia section it says she is wearing the uniform because she is making a shana reference
