Sonic couldn't just stand there. He had to tell Shadow about the ritual! Sonic stepped into the kitchen. Shadow looked up, not even dignifying himself enough to wipe away his tears, and said, "what do आप want?" Sonic had, at this point, completley ignored the fact that Shadow had made himself out to be such a cold-hearted guy, and yet here he was, crying his eyes out. Sonic would normally point something like that out, but he didn't; he knew how much Maria ment to Shadow. Sonic heard the whole story from Knuckles.
