Rape is forced, unwanted sexual intercourse. Unless the relative forced themself unto the other relative, it's not rape.

If it's consensual and both participants are at an age where they can reasonably decide if they want to have sex with each other, it's not rape.

Rape is bad as it's unconsentual and can cause great mental trauma on a victim.
Incest is also not very good as it can cause defects and abnormalities that could be problematic.
In my opinion rape is worse than incest but both should be avoided and if you have done any of those things please get help so you don't harm anyone else. Consenting sex
is not rape, rape is forced and violent.
