It's more fun to read books. They're more detailed, and you use more imagination.

When u read u have to chance to imagine the characters, places and everything!!!

Both actually(especially HP's :D) but indeed reading books you use your imagination i don't know i just like it better.

The only thing worse than most movies is movies based on books...I really don't like watching movies

The movies based on books can be sucky or epic i mean for example the HP's movies are epic they are really good but i read Michael Crichton's book Timeline and i loooved it but the movie was poor.

Way better. In books none of the characters are ever ugly cuz you imagine them the way you like, + it's more detailed and everything. In movies they screw up everything if they choose a wrong actor, they change everything and it's impossible to get into it when you know it's not the way it should be.

Except for in my favorite book/movie because the actor they chose to play my favorite character is hot.

Both, but with the books, you can visalize the characters however you like.

Books should always come first cause then you wouldn't get whats going on in the movie. You need to know the whole meaning of the story then a movie cause movies tend to take stuff out and you wouldn't be able to get it at all.
